Can I participate in the promotion with any kit from QUADRO ?
No! The climbing pyramid, the Adventure, My First QUADRO, the Beginner as well as the pool S, L and XXL are excluded from the promotion! If you combine one of these kits with another kit from QUADRO, you can participate again. Excluded are then combinations of 2x BEGINNER or 2x My First QUADRO. If you are not sure if your combination is eligible for participation, just write us at: socialmedia@quadroworld.com. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Where is the difference between #quadro and @quadro e.g. at facebook.com/quadro?
#quadro means hashtag and refers to a group of words under which different postings on the same topic can be found. Please make sure that there is no space between the hashtag and the word.
@quadro means you link to the channel of QUADRO at Facebook. Please make sure there is no space between the at sign and the word.

Do I have to use the original sticker from QUADRO ?
Yes, it must be an original sticker from QUADRO . For example, it is not allowed to copy the QUADRO logo into your photo to participate in the promotion.

Can I request the original sticker from QUADRO ?
Yes! And that even free of charge. If you don't have a QUADRO sticker, just write to info@quadroworld.com and we will send you a sticker and the catalog. So that we can better assign your request, just write "catalog request" in the subject line and of course mention your address in the email.

Can the social media team decline the release?
Sure. If the specifications are not met, the promotion cannot be approved.
