Notice for orders to Switzerland
For orders placed through MeinEinkauf.ch for delivery to Switzerland, you do not purchase the goods directly from QUADRO. Your seller is MeinEinkauf AG. The following instructions on withdrawal therefore do not apply to your order.
If you are planning a return, please contact QUADRO before sending the goods. We will coordinate the return with MeinEinkauf.ch. The goods must then be returned exclusively via the MeinEinkauf.ch returns service. Do not send the goods directly to QUADRO.
The current terms, time limits and charges of MeinEinkauf.ch apply to the return. The QUADRO return transport service for €22.95 does not apply to orders to Switzerland.
Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the goods or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you take physical possession of the last item or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you take physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. Address your notice of withdrawal to:

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online function:
If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, stating the content of your notice of withdrawal and the date and time it was received.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will not reimburse additional delivery costs incurred because you selected a method of delivery other than our least expensive standard delivery option.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for your order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to the following address without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
If your withdrawal covers at least one item that, due to its nature, cannot normally be returned by post, you may use the QUADRO return transport service organised by us for all goods covered by this withdrawal. Your total cost for this service is €22.95, including the applicable VAT. We bear any additional costs of this return transport.
If you return all goods yourself, you pay the costs charged by the shipping service provider you choose. If you return only some of the goods yourself and use the QUADRO return transport service for the others, you pay both those shipping costs and €22.95 for the QUADRO return transport service.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
